Behind every small business is a family.

Everyone wants to flex these days on social media (showing my age)
We ain’t flexing, and we don’t have much to flex really.
Just humbled to sit back and think a little shed PT studio in a back yard could make such an impact in its local area.

We never opened a chain of gyms, and by business standards we only went from a back yard to a factory bay.

Our main reason was to create a place to look after our clientele. Make PT service affordable for folk like us.

10 years ago, the coast was a handful of PTs and gyms, now it’s flourishing.

Man that’s unreal.
Striving to be at our best brings out the best in all of us.
In want to see this industry recover so much, after what we’ve been through with lockdowns and rules that nailed the gyms.

If you ever trained in this shed much love to you.

You made it happen!

Look forward to what the future brings and want to see everyone in a gym/ PT studio kicking goals

I don’t care where you train, so long as it’s a family own gym/ pt studio.

They know your name and they do care.

They are driven by more than money, if they are still Around after all they’ve been through, they are the ones you need to help you hit your goals.
