Why hello there! This is Cat, she's one half of the Sanz Coaching creators. She has been keeping busy the last few months so we thought we'd drill her with a few questions to allow you to get to know our girl!⁣

What's been keeping you busy the last few months? ⁣
Cat: My newborn baby boy, he's all kinds of scrumptious, the stealer of sleep but also the happiest little man that keeps me totally grounded.⁣
⁣
What's your favourite area to consult on?⁣
Cat: It's a tough one, I love processes, building and creating work flows to suit your business but my equal love would have to be digital marketing. I love working with brands to build and grow their knowledge in the digital marketing space. There are endless possibilities for a business when you take your brand digital.⁣
⁣
What's your favourite tool currently?⁣
Cat: I would have to say Lightroom, I just love playing with all the settings to tweak images to suit a certain colour scheme and enhance lighting.⁣

What can't you live without:⁣
Cat: My family, dogs, coffee and my mobile phone. ⁣
⁣

Michael has just concluded an intensive three months of key note speaking across Australia, New Zealand and America and we thought we'd ask him what his biggest takeaway from meeting so many business professionals was.⁣

"I truly loved how everyone wants to give so much value to their clients. The thirst to keep growing and learning is what sets a company apart from it's competitors. There are some big names to follow in 2019, I'm really excited for them."⁣

Both Michael and Catherine have locked in their first quarter 2019 speaking commitments and we cannot wait to see some fresh faces thriving to learn. Will we be seeing you? ⁣

Are you familiar with the term 'double touch' in business it refers to tasks that are managed by a number of people/departments.

These are the first tasks to review when you are considering the efficiencies of your office procedures. Many administration tasks are often seen by multiple team members before someone responds and answers the request.

Without correct procedures in place this task might already be costing you time when it could have been directly assigned and even auto responded to before a team member gets to see it. We work with you to understand and establish work place procedures through tried and tested processes we've used in our own businesses.

**For 2019 we encourage you to look at your procedures and review work flows, there could be hours of time saved in a week with some tweaks to each procedure.

CHOOSE YOUR PEERS
Find a team that will challenge you, not just support you. This is something that can take people a while to get their head around, but if you want to aim higher in life, find those on the same track, pushing themselves above and beyond, they are the people you want as your peers.

People's lives are the direct expectation of their peers. If your peer group doesn't have great expectations, then neither will you.

Time to take a good look around you? Who is your support crew? Are they building you up or holding you back.

Our meetings take us all over the world but last Sunday we were able to keep it local to our hood. Catching up with Inspired Growth Training crew at Plough Hotel and talking shop whilst enjoying a slow Sunday lunch was a bit of a spoil for us all.

Know your why?

When you set yourself apart from your competitors you need to know why your business is essential in the lives of X,Y,Z. Your 'why' should not be pointing out what your competitors don't offer, don't pay attention to companies around you. Simply focus in on what makes your business meaningful, helpful and worthwhile. Your Why is by far the most important line you should know about your business.
