Notice of Annual General Meeting: West Footscray Roosters
Wednesday 14 October 2026, 7:00pm, 540 on Barkly (Upstairs), Footscray.

The formal Notice of AGM has been emailed to all members.
This year's meeting will present the Club's new Committee Structure and the volunteer roles up for 2027, alongside the usual AGM business: reports, minutes and elections.

Nominations for 2027 committee roles are open now: nominate online at forms.gle/q9uMNjHTbpFpZuAq9 by 5:00pm Wednesday 7 October.

Golden Roosters, community members, supporters, families and players: everyone's welcome, not just members.

This year's changes aren't just admin: we're moving from a handful of people covering everything to a structure with real depth spread across more roles.

Season 2027 is again a year away from Skinner Reserve, Braybrook before we're back at headquarters, and we want the foundations set before we return.

Layla is a key player for the West Footscray side, majorly assisting in their rise on the ladder. Being nominated best on for 10 of 11 matches this season is a credit to her skill and passion for the sport. Kicking 10 goals against North Footscray was the cherry on top of an awesome season so far. Congratulations Layla!

A big shout out to Bennett Rose and Bryan Bui on their selection in the Under 13 interleague team. You can catch them in action on Sunday 7th June at Greenvale Reserve Greenvale at 1150am and 140pm as they take on the EDFL AND RDFL.
