Over the last three weeks, Head Coach Dan and Coach Josh have been breaking down the row erg technique in our Thursday Aerobic Capacity sessions.
The goal here is to improve our efficiency on the machines by making sure we are using the correct technique.
Next week we move on to the Ski Erg.
If you have been wanting to try our Thursday sessions but don't think you are fit enough or are completely new to these machines, now is the time to come join us.
And if you are someone who has been training for a while and is familiar with these machines, the tips and drills we are using will help you fine tune your movements.
Learning the fundamentals from the start will make these sessions even more enjoyable.
