Indulge in delicious flavours while maintaining a balanced approach. 🍽️

2 tips on how to start your fitness journey:

1) find something that makes you excited - something that you really really like to do, it can be anything from judo 🥋 to rock climbing 🧗‍♂️ from running 🏃 to weight lifting 🏋️

2) start small !!!!! You don't want to schedule 3 hours workouts 7 days a week it is mental! Start small and as you see results and feel better and more confident you can add time for your workout!

... Don't try to look like someone else. You are unique and amazing already! You can work to be the best you! Stop comparing yourself to others. If you feel the urge to Compare yourself, do it with the person you were yesterday, and get prepared to embrace the incredible person you will be tomorrow!

Happy Monday beautiful people!
Just a reminder that we should consider our time off the gym as much important and needed as our workout sessions!
Let your body rest when it is needed, don't rush it. If you, like me, get mad when you miss out on your training you should also get mad if you miss out on a good night of sleep or a day off the gym to recover.
Have a great Monday💋💋💋

Chalk and calluses, to keep it real. I know we all agree a picture of my B-side with the right light and the right angle would have been far more appealing... Jk... But in stead hard rough hands would do! Keep up the good work the weekend is near!

So true.
Stay on the track don't trust random imaginary shortcuts.
Keep following those that made it, follow your teachers, your mentors, your mum and dad, your older brother or sister, your instructors, your trust worthy friends, in some cases your inner voice. Stay loyal to your self and to your goals and values.
Stay.
On.
Track.

✨Failing Vs. Quitting✨
Failing it can be related to many things lack of preparation, lack of knowledge, unknown environment, wrong data, opposing events or people, BUT quitting it relates only on us, it is self-imposed, no one else can quit for us.
Failing it is not the end, most of the time is the beginning of something better, bigger, greater, BUT quitting is the end, the real death of hope, there is nothing after it, once you quit you are out, end of the story.
Failing gives us experience, gives us knowledge and understanding, BUT quitting don't allowed anything to happen in our brain, heart and soul, it only lead to regrets and frustration.
Failing requires a heart full of courage, a brave soul, an open mind, and the humility to try, BUT quitting does not require any talent, no special skills no special strength, behaviour, or mind set. Quitting is cheap, below average, it blends away with everything else happening in life no one will ever notice it.
Remember that those you think, made it in their life, they were once failing at some point, BUT none of them ever been a quitter, history don't keep truck of those whose quit.
I am afraid this post is more for me then for anyone else really. Sorry for the grammar I might have failed at my English, but I consider myself a failure I won't become quitter.
