Edds Football Academy is officially relocating to a new home! We’re excited to announce that we’ve signed an agreement to partner with Townsville & District Rugby Union. This deal has been months in the making and we are delighted and proud to finally share this with our EFA community. Our new base is located at 165 Hugh St, Currajong.
Initially, this was a difficult decision to consider, but one that was made with the future of our players at the heart of it. Outgrowing our previous hub meant we had to look for a space that could better support our continued growth and provide the environment our players deserve and need. This signals our intent and ability to grow the academy in an outdoor setting that better supports our expanding programs and the development of our talent.
While change is never easy, we’re confident this move will create greater opportunities for development and success. Our new facility provides a fantastic environment to support the continued development of our players.
Training at our new home will begin from Monday, 27th April, offering a safe, secure, and high-quality space for all academy members.
We appreciate the understanding and support from our community and look forward to this exciting new chapter.
