SUMMER "READY" NUTRITION PLANS

Summer is just around the corner! Its time to shed that winter coat with an affordable nutrition plan.

Imagine if you had a daily plan of what to eat from breakfast to dinner. Each meal planned, for maximum effectiveness and nutritional value towards your goals. Optional accountability to keep you on track also available.

The fact is most people don't know whats necessary to get them to a "happy" body. What foods are best to eat? How many calories should you eat? What macro ratio is best? What actually are macros? What is nutritional timing? Are fats making me fat or is it sugar, or both?

Vary loading parameters every 4 to 6 workouts to gain strength, size, and prevent joint pain.
Quick reminder of the loading parameters:
Exercise selection
Rep scheme
Number of sets
Tempo
Rest periods
Even some very effective exercises such as back squats and chin-ups can lead to overuse injuries.
So, keep doing the basics but be sure to include variations. Don’t worry there are many of them!
Chin-ups:
vary the grip: narrow, medium, wide, pronated, supinated, neutral
Vary the angle: sternum chin-up, lean-away chin-ups, subscapularis chin-ups, etc

What is good nutrition? I constantly speak to people who self assess and say they have pretty good nutrition but aren't getting results. My answer to that is if you aren't getting the results you want, then you don't have good nutrition. It's that simple.

There are no shortcuts with nutrition. End of story.

Pretty much everyone I have helped is undereating.... What's wrong with undereating? Firstly it only helps with fatloss up to a point. Then your metabolism slows down to put out less energy, this means you burn less calories. The next problem is your body thinks its starving and so stores as much food coming into the body as bodyfat as it can. This is because fat is the most dense and efficient energy store in the body. Lastly you miss out on essential nutrients, fiber and enzymes.

I definitely don't blame anyone, in fact I believe it's just poor education that had led society here. I am going to combat that with good nutrition advice and of course personalised programs for those really wanting change.
