BASI Pilates Studio Gold Coast Find our Pilates services We offer you a Private Pilates Studio, with expert services in the BASI Pilates method.

Each Group class is limited to 4 clients per class, and each sessions will refine your own personal Pilates practise. We offer Private and Duet Private sessions for an enhanced Pilates experience. Feel at home in our Pilates space, and holistic environment, aimed to heal and revive. Enjoy the delicate African tribal touch, a reminder of the roots at which this studio was born. n our community on this ever evolving journey with us, together we uplift and together we grow. We teach Pilates using top of the line Pilates equipment, extensively qualified Pilates instruction, and our hands on and professional methods. Look forward to learning the wonderful world of movement optimisation, in the BASI Pilates method. You will also be inspired in our breath work couching practises of the Buteyko Method. Rest assured that you will learn much about your own incredible body, and you will discover wonderful methods to keep you feeling stronger and full of vitality through any season of your life. We are located in Township Drive, Burleigh Heads, Unit 2 of 23, we look forward to welcoming you in and inspiring your strength and mobility wellness.
