So, we’ve made it happen. 🙌

Introducing HIIT ATHLETIC! Your brand-new Thursday morning 45 minute workout, starting 10th September at 6:00am.

A high-energy mix of strength, cardio, functional movement, speed and endurance designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more capable.

And despite the name, you absolutely do not need to be an athlete.

You just need to be ready to move.

Your workout can be modified to suit your fitness and experience, so you can work hard at your level 💪🏼

Over the past few weeks, you’ve shown up, moved your body, tried new things and made yourself a priority.

You should be proud that you committed to yourself.

Because the real win was never just the points.

It was proving that you can make movement part of your life.

Our brand-new HIIT Athletic class is coming to The Studio West Beach, starting Thursday 10th September at 6:00am.

Think functional movement, cardio, strength, speed and endurance. All rolled into one fun, high-energy workout.

Every workout can be modified to suit your fitness level and experience, so you can challenge yourself without feeling overwhelmed.

A huge shoutout to three of our members who clocked up some SERIOUS kilometres this weekend!

🏅 Chantal & Zoe - Sydney Marathon 42.2km
🏅 Nic - Great White Ultra Marathon in Port Lincoln 62.5km 🤯

What an effort! Months of training, early mornings, strength classes, tired legs and plenty of consistency behind those finish lines. 💪
