- Nutrition Aligned Strength and Conditioning Owner and Head Coach, Mitchell Cameron, has worked with over 450 individuals during his 10 years of experience in the fields of personal training, strength and conditioning, and spor

ts and exercise science. He has worked with clients of all ages from the general population, as well as pre-elite youth athletes and elite athletes, at various sporting clubs, gyms, and school sports teams across various states and regions. Mitchell holds the following certifications:
• Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES, ESSA)
• Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA, L2)
• Certified Personal Trainer (AUSactive)
• Club Weight Lifting Coach (AWF)
• Australian Sports Speed Coach (ASSA)
