⛳️🏌️‍♂️ WERRIS CREEK COMMUNITY SHED TROPHY RESULTS 🏌️‍♀️⛳️

Mother Nature turned on a beautiful day for the 11 golfers who teed off on Sunday to contest the Werris Creek Community Shed Trophy.

A huge thank you to all our volunteers and players for their continued support of the club. The course is looking magnificent thanks to some welcome rain and the outstanding efforts of our hardworking volunteers.

The day featured a Single Stableford competition, with some impressive scores returned.

⛳️🌧️ Here's some golf humour for a wet and stormy Tuesday afternoon... 🌧️⛳️

Golf really is an emotional rollercoaster.

One minute you're standing on the tee convinced you've finally worked it out.

Three holes later you're Googling, "Is lawn bowls easier?" 😂

Then there's the golfer's life cycle:

🏌️‍♂️ "I'm going low today."

😡 "I hate golf so much."

😎 "I'm back baby... golf is the greatest game ever invented."

And let's be honest, we've all felt like calling for divine intervention after watching a perfectly good golf ball disappear into the trees, the bushes, the creek, or somewhere that defies the laws of physics. 🤦‍♂️

As for getting older...

Each passing year is like a golf ball, you have absolutely no idea where it went! 😂
