This course over 2 Saturdays is the perfect introduction to self-defence for women who want to learn with other beginners in a fun, safe and supportive environment. There are no mimimum fitness or prior training requirements.
During this course, you will learn various essential self-defence techniques that will leave you feeling stronger, empowered and more confident.
