Sifu Yap is a practitioner of 5 Ancestors Fist, a Southern Shaolin system. How is this relevant to us? Well, as I told many of you, late Sigung Kwok Fu told me that Wing Chun comes from Shaolin, when I asked him if there was any internal aspect to Wing Chun.

I've talked to you all about "the box", and its relevance to what we do and why we want to do it. An interesting podcast regarding Foshan Wing Chun, our late Sigung, Kwok Fu and our late Sibak, Kwok Wai Jarm. Jesper Lundqvist has trained kung fu for many years and has lived in China for many years and sheds some light on our lineage and our history in this art.
