Wed Oct 8th at 11am is all about Balancing The Feet.
This is a 50 minute class, in a chair, using massage domes.
You will receive a take home sheet of the exercises in the class so you can keep limbering your feet, and improving your balance.

Over 30 muscles attach to this bony foundation. They travel up the spine, and down the legs.
