Our first order will include the new One Day coloured kit and playing creams. We need to get this order away quickly to ensure everything arrives before Round 1.

Wendouree Cricket Club is excited to welcome Logan Attard to the Red Caps for season 2026/27! ❤️🤍

Joining us from VRI Delacombe, Logan is a talented young cricketer with plenty of potential who has made the move to Wendouree with the ambition of improving his cricket and testing himself at 1st XI level.

A genuine all-round talent, Logan has the ability to make an impact with bat, ball and in the field. He brings plenty to the table with the bat, while his spin bowling adds another valuable dimension to his game.

Hungry to improve and take his cricket to the next level, Logan is an exciting young addition to our playing group, and we’re looking forward to seeing him continue to develop and challenge himself in the red and white.

We’re thrilled to have Logan and his family on board and can’t wait to see what he can bring to the club this season.

🔴⚪️🏏 RE-SIGNED | WILL COUZENS 🏏⚪️🔴

Another exciting young Red Cap is locked in for season 2026/27, with Will Couzens re-signing with Wendouree Cricket Club! ❤️🤍

Will continued to develop strongly last season, spending time in the 3rd XI while also earning opportunities at 2nd XI level.

A promising young bowler with plenty of upside, Will continues to improve with the ball and has shown he can make an impact against senior opposition. His batting is also becoming an important part of his game, giving him the potential to contribute in all areas.

Still with plenty of development ahead of him, we’re looking forward to seeing Will continue to take the next step this season.

What a way to kick off our pre season.

A fantastic turnout for our first pre-season session with players from across the club coming together to put in the work ahead of the 2026/27 season.

It was great to see a mix of familiar faces, new recruits, returning players and our juniors all training together.

The energy was high, the standards were set early, and it’s clear everyone is excited for what’s ahead.

A big thank you to everyone who made the effort to get down. This is only the beginning.

🔴⚪️🏏 NEW YEAR, SAME GEEZER, NEW ROLE🏏⚪️🔴

The Wendouree Cricket Club is thrilled to welcome Ryan Wells back for the 2026/27 season!

After making a huge impact as our overseas player last summer, Ryan returns to the Red Caps in a new capacity, taking the reins as our Senior Men’s and Women’s Coach.

Wellsy quickly became a favourite around the club with his passion for the game, professionalism, and willingness to help players of all ages improve. Now, he’ll bring that same energy and experience to the field again and also to the sidelines as he leads both our senior programs into an exciting new season.

An ECB Level 2 qualified coach, Ryan has worked with county and international players, bringing a wealth of high-performance coaching experience to Wendouree. His knowledge of the game, commitment to player development, understanding of our club culture and appetite for success make him the ideal person to help drive the next chapter for our senior men’s and women’s programs.

We’re excited to have you back, Wellsy – same bloke, different role, and we can’t wait to see what the season has in store.

🔴⚪️🔒 RE-SIGNED | Tom Batters⚪️🔴

He’s back.

One of the club’s premier pace bowlers, Tom Batters has recommitted for the 2026/27 season and we’re thrilled to have him back in the red and white.

Tommy was a constant threat with the ball last season, finishing with 29 wickets, including a match-winning spell of 5/20. Whether it was striking with the new ball, breaking stubborn partnerships or delivering in the biggest moments, he consistently got the job done.

With his competitiveness, work ethic and ability to change a game in a matter of overs, Tommy will once again be a key part of our bowling attack as we look ahead to another exciting season.

The club is looking forward to having Tom, Greta, Alistair and Sebastian around the club in 2026/27.
