Wembley Junior Football Club (Wembley Magpies) is a community focused Australian Rules football club Welcome to the Wembley Junior Football Club! (WJFC Magpies).

WJFC is a community focused Australian Rules Football Club which is affiliated with the Claremont District and part of the Northern Conference. Our club offers:

Auskick Program for children from PP to Y2,
Modified Junior competition (Y3-Y4-Y5-Y6-Y7),
Youth competition (Y8-Y9-Y10-Y11-Y12),
Combined Girls Team (Y4-Y6 and Y7-Y9) which is part of a standalone 12 week season. In 2016 we moved to our

new home ground at Wembley Sports Park (bordered by Salvado Rd, Selby St and Hay St) which is just up the road from our former home base of Henderson Oval and in the same precinct as the Matthews Netball Centre. Use of both Wembley Oval and Pat Goodridge Oval (Auskick) means plenty of space for everyone to have a kick. Parking areas for Wembley Sports Park can be found off Selby St and also off Salvado Rd (which is near the Matthews Netball Centre). Canteen facilities are available for those Sunday morning sausage sizzles and bacon and egg rolls. A coffee van completes the picture.

Also remember all portrait and sibling photos must be pre-booked. Scan the QR code to order.

Friday Night Lights are ON again this week!! Watch our Year 4 Magpies & Kulbardi teams take on rivals Wembley Downs Junior Football Club & Claremont Junior Football Club. Plus our Year 2 Auskickers take on Claremont Year 2's in a friendly.

Enjoy some of Albert's yummy post-match food, raffle prizes for the kids, and a cold drink watching the Dockers take on the Saints!!

Wow Wee!! Our little Nathan Tonich - WHITEFOX Auskickers had a massive day being SuperHeroes and hosting the AFLW Eagles. What a perfect day for our little footy superstars and a big thanks to the West Coast Eagles for supporting our club. Our little SuperHeroes raised more than $800 that’s going to help the The Kids' Cancer Project's fundraiser to fund research programs into improving survival rates for all young people with cancer.

Round 3 is Umpire Appreciation Round.

🏉 Week in, week out, rain, hail or shine, our junior umpires take the field each weekend for our junior players. Umpiring is not an easy gig... and without them... there is no game! 🏉
