Now that the gyms are closed it is important that you stay motivated to exercise. You are still allowed to exercise outside as long as you adhere to social distancing. It will help you both physically and mentally!
Had a group of 6 ladies this morning all keeping their distance from each other, not sharing equipment, elevating their heart rates, working their whole body, getting their endorphin fix, working up a sweat and also importantly having a bit of a laugh!
We have to support each other through this strange time and helping each other stay healthy and positive is a must!
