Hey guys I hope you have all had a lovely long weekend - even though it’s been a forced lock down for the three days.
The good news is we are pretty much back to normal as of tomorrow.
Unfortunately for those of you who exercise at a gym you still have a few days to wait so if you want to do a PT session outdoors give me a shout.

Well looks like we have survived an isolated Easter!
I hope you are all feeling good - mentally and physically and taking the necessary steps to keep on top of your health.

Chatting with a client/friend online yesterday and I asked her how she was doing during the craziness that has become our lives, stuck at home with two young kids!
She said : “Ok - have had a good 3 day streak, weekend was meh. Exercise and a food diary have kept me honest and happier. “

So if you are struggling with motivation or keeping yourself honest I highly recommend you keep a diary of everything you put in your mouth and all the exercise you take!
Trust me if you have to write down everything that goes in your mouth you will think twice before popping it in there!
Similarly with the exercise, if you a wee circuit of exercises and did 10 of everything one day try doing 12 the next day - challenge yourself! Use this time at home to get creative with your exercise and fitness!

I have said it before and I will keep saying it, if you are struggling for ideas and would like some suggestions as to what to do or even want to try a one on one PT session - observing social distancing protocols of course 🤪 then please comment below or message me.

Hey guys, just checking in to see how you are all doing? I hope you are not using this time at home to lose momentum with your health and fitness goals!
The weather is fantastic and you are allowed to get out for a run or walk and I’m still allowed to do outdoor one on one sessions (observing social distancing obviously) so wether you exercise in your garden or get to your local oval I highly recommend you do! It will do wonders for your mental and physical well being.
If you need some ideas as to what to do or fancy trying a one on one PT session then let me know!

How are you all doing? This is a tough time but remember we are all in this together. We are all being affected and the unknown is scary!
If I can help you in any way please don’t hesitate to contact me.
My clients and I are still allowed to train outside whilst adhering to social distancing (plus). There is no sharing of equipment and all equipment is disinfected after every session.
Fresh air, physical benefits, mental benefits, social interaction, break from the s**t storm we are living in and we have a laugh - all of which are so important especially at the this time!
If you need a break from the indoors and the above appeals drop me a message.
We will get through this but it’s going to be tough so let’s support each other!

Now that the gyms are closed it is important that you stay motivated to exercise. You are still allowed to exercise outside as long as you adhere to social distancing. It will help you both physically and mentally!

Had a group of 6 ladies this morning all keeping their distance from each other, not sharing equipment, elevating their heart rates, working their whole body, getting their endorphin fix, working up a sweat and also importantly having a bit of a laugh!
We have to support each other through this strange time and helping each other stay healthy and positive is a must!
