Some highlights from yesterdays scorching but outstanding Community Sports Day! 🥵🤩

Thanks to everyone who came down for a fun filled morning with the juniors, getting in and having a go at touch footy, league tag, soccer/football and ultimate frisbee.
All the juniors had a great time and it was great to see everyone getting in and having a go! ⚽️🏈🥏🌟

We also want to thank everyone who came down to watch and support the more unfit seniors in the scorching heat for the AJF vs Wellington Warriors game 🌟⚽️
A fun filled match with some new faces, the young fellas putting the old boys on show as they dashed passed everyone, but the old fellas showing they still haven’t lost it 😜 (most of it)
The score ended 3-2 with goals to Nicklus Striecher, Sam Frankham, Sean Behsman, Ngahla Talbot and Luke McClure⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

REMINDERS FOR TOMORROWS COMMUNITY SPORTS EVENT!!

All participants are required to have adequate footwear and headwear when doing physical activity outside. Footwear that is adequate includes:

- Joggers
- Football Boots

All participants are also strongly encouraged to bring a water bottle and hat

Another reminder this event is also an ALCOHOL FREE EVENT. Please refrain from bringing any alcoholic products to Kernard park for the duration of this event.
If anyone is found to have alcohol on hand at the event you will be asked to take it elsewhere.

ARRIVING AT KERNARD PARK.
When you arrive please go straight to the sign on table located at the entrance to the field. ALL PARTICIPANTS NEED TO SIGN IN BEFORE ENTERING ANY ACTIVITY.

You can now book your children in at PCYC Wellington from now till Friday 27th of Jan!

The first 20 children to register into the community day will receive a surprise gift!

Reminder the day kicks off at 9am and consists of junior soccer, touch football and more with a senior soccer match kicking off at 11:30 and a free BBQ lunch for all participants!

BBQ Lunch is available for everyone with a gold coin donation
