Today is the day!

Jetters we would like to say a MASSIVE thankyou to each and every one of amazing members who have made Jetts Welland the place it has become today.

As most would know today at 11am Jetts Welland will close it's doors for the last time!

There has been a lot of fun and laughs in the gym over the past 7 years.

Chicken and Sweet Potato Pie, why not give it a shot :)

Peel and dice your sweet potato into 2 cm cubes then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins or until cooked.

Dice your chicken and fry in a pan. Thigh is best but breast in fine. Place cooked chicken aside in a bowl.

In the same pan add sliced leek, corn kernels and diced carrot. Fry off with garlic until soft and place with chicken.

In the same pan add butter and a tablespoon of flour cook off then slowly add a cup of skim milk with a chicken stock cube dissolved inside.

When sauce has thickened add the chicken and veg back to the pan. Add 2 good handfuls of baby spinach. Mix until spinach has wilted then place in an oven proof dish.

Season your roasted sweet potato and mash. Spread evenly on top of chicken and veg. Top with a little parmesan if you want the crunchy top.

Grill in oven for 10 mins on 180 and you're good to go.
