So we made it to the semifinal in the under 8s but just lost out to a cairns academy team. 5-1

The under 10s just lost their quarter final 6-5 going into extra time to another local cairns academy team.

All the players gave their heart and soul in every game and gave it their best!

We grew every game and I couldn't have asked for more.

Super proud of all the players and getting to the knockout stages was a huge achievement.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the parents for supporting their child in this fun tournament, you've given them a love for the sport.

Thanks to la la sue who missed the photo at the end but what a phenomenal player and scored a great goal in our 2-1 win against the Townsville team to put us second in the table overall. A fantastic all round athlete.

Thanks to Ryan and Jack for joining the under 10s team, you guys smashed it in your positions and helped us get to the quarters.

They have made some amazing memories with amazing team mates over the weekend.

A big thank you to all the sponsors who helped us get to this tournament and contribute to the costs of getting us to Cairns.
