RUOK is this Thursday and we are showing the highly acclaimed documentary The Rescue at 7.00pm in the Rec Room. The documentary shows the amazing rescue of 12 boys and their coach from a flooded Thai cave in 2018. Pizza will be on offer.

RUOK Day at Evans Landing Village. RUOK Cup Cakes for Crib from 4.30am and have a chat to your mates to make sure they are OK!

Brendon and John completed the '99 Workout Challenge' on Wednesday night that is 99 Star Jumps, 99 Squats, 99 second Wall Sit, 99 second Plank. Then descending 88/77/66/55/44/33/22/11....Plus they ran between each set! AWESOME EFFORT!

Had a great day yesterday helping out at the Napranum Family Day for Naidoc Week. We set up an obstacle course and a donut eating comp.
