🏉 SEMI-FINALS WRAP 🦁
What a weekend for Wests Junior Rugby! While the results weren’t what we were hoping for, both our U10s and U12s should be incredibly proud of what they achieved this season.
Our U10s put on an absolute cracker of a game against Rosary. Wests started strongly and the match went toe-to-toe, with the scores locked at half-time. Rosary managed to get away in the second half, but our boys left absolutely everything on the field. From big tackles and pilfers to quick taps, strong ball security and some fantastic attacking rugby — it was a performance to be proud of. 💪🏾🏉
Our U12s also fought hard in their semi-final. The result wasn’t what we wanted, but the boys have had an outstanding season. They’ve worked hard, grown together, supported each other and given everything for their teammates. A huge congratulations to the players and coaches on a fantastic season. 🦁
It was also fantastic to see both teams supported by full Wests sidelines! ❤️🖤 The incredible support from family, friends and parents from the first whistle to the last was a fantastic reflection of what makes our club so special.
To both teams — hold your heads high. You’ve represented Wests with pride, shown tremendous growth, and given your all when it mattered most.
A massive thank you to our coaches, managers, parents, families and the entire Wests community for getting behind our teams all season.
