We have 3 foals due this season.
I started breeding when I was breeding myself - I knew competing would be hard with two children and I wanted to keep a foot in the door with the horses- my passion was ignited and it became and addiction.. I would spend hours each night watching new stallions online and researching bloodlines, as well as chatting with fellow breeders about their choices.
Time to wind down for awhile now -
My eldest son is in year 12 next year and I want to be there to support his final year at school in Sydney.
As my coach once said - it’s quality not quantity and I certainly think we have achieved that goal.
