We are a Junior Sports club located in the Adelaide Parklands on Goodwood Road (Park 21). And Cricket in the Summer for girls and boys Unders 10s & 12

We offer AFL Football in the winter for girls, boys and mixed teams ranging from Under 7s to Under 13s.

The Junior Cricketers had their end of season celebration. We even had a special guest cone to give out the awards. Australian Test Keeper Alex Carey. Alex was very generous with his time and made the day very special for all the kids (& parents)

Congratulations to former Junior Bulldog James (though we hope to have him back next season in U/14) now playing with the senior teams for our club. Having just turned 13, he got promoted up the A grade team, and made an amazing impact for the. Having to wait until the 26th over to get a bowl, he got a wicket with his very first ball. Better yet, with his 5th over, he knocked over the wickets with his first 3 balls to become the first player in 22 years to take a hat-trick for the club, and easily the youngest! He wasn't done there, taking another wicket with the 5th ball of the over to finish off the match for the Bulldogs and claim figures of 5/16. Well done James!

In some exciting news, Louis G has be selected for the U12 WSJCA team, for the SACA representative carnival in January. Louis is the first (of hopefully many) Bulldog to be selected to the squad. Congratulations and good luck. He's the first batter in the association to bring up 150 runs for the season, at a strike rate of 154, he's having a great season

Given the forecast for the next 24 hours, SACA has cancelled all Junior Cricket for the remainder of the weekend. We'll see you for the last training session on Thursday before the Christmas break. We'll be having pizza again on Thursday to celebrate the end of year

U12s cricket will now be at home this Sunday morning. North East oval. The away turf pitch is too wet to be used this weekend.

Due to the heat, the two U10 matches scheduled for this evening have been cancelled. The U12 match on Sunday will still go ahead.

Great win for the AJB U12s today by 56 runs. Also we had our first Junior to score a 50, with Louis scoring 63 not out from 38 balls. Angus K continued with great season, with another high score of 28 not out.
Samuel led the way with the bowling with 2 wickets, 2/17 from 4 overs. Captain Maksym led the fielding taking a diving catch which ranks as the best catch we've seen in Juniors.

With the warmer weather starting cricket season is about to start. Training resumes on Thursday, and Round 1 starts on Sunday. All 3 junior teams will be playing at home on Sunday morning. With U12 v Phantoms, and our 2 U10s teams playing each other.
Our Cricket Blasters program commences next week, Thursday 5pm October 26
