Waubra Football Netball Club Waubra Football Netball Club - Let's Go Roos! Throughout the season Waubra Football Netball Club generally host a home game every second week.

The Waubra Football Netball Club’s home is the Waubra Community Hub, and we we offer fantastic facilities that support an inclusive family culture. This season the club will be entering teams in all football competitions including Under 12s, 15s and 18s, Reserves and Seniors. We will also be fielding sides in all netball grades including Under 13A & B’s, 15s and 17s, as well as A, B and C grades. New players are welcome to join training, which is usually held every Thursday night, and speak to the coach to see if there are any positions available.

An incredible team effort from our U17s today, booking their spot in next week’s Grand Final with a 25-21 win over Rokewood.

A sad end to a wonderful year for our U15 netballers, going down 16–21 to Beaufort today.

After finishing the season as minor premiers, the girls have so much to be proud of. Finals didn’t quite fall their way, but it doesn’t take away from the incredible season they’ve had.

Tomorrow, we head to Creswick for two do-or-die games! 💙🤍

Come along and cheer on our Under 15 footballers, who take on Buninyong at 9:15am.

Then stick around to support our C Grade netballers, who face Carngham-Linton at 12:30pm.

A huge congratulations to three of our Roos on some fantastic individual achievements at the leagues Geoff Taylor Medal this evening! 💙🦘🤍

Congratulations to Hana Baker, taking out the 2026 CHNL C Grade Best & Fairest! Hana brings leadership and drive every time she takes the court, and just over two years after rupturing her Achilles, it’s fantastic to see her back playing dominant netball. Her determination, competitiveness and ability to bring her teammates into the game have been a huge part of her standout season.

Congratulations to Alicia McMurray, taking out the 2026 CHNL D Grade Best & Fairest in her first season at Waubra! Alicia is a strong target in the goal circle, using her experience and strength to give opposition defenders plenty of headaches.

And congratulations to Connor Thar, named as a forward in the 2026 CHFL Team of the Year! A brilliant season from Connor, kicking 44 goals to finish 6th in the league goal kicking.
