💪 Tammy working hard on the single-leg leg press! 💪
The single-leg leg press is an excellent exercise for building lower body strength while helping to identify and correct any strength imbalances between the left and right sides. By training one leg at a time, each leg is forced to do its fair share of the work, leading to improved muscle development, balance, and stability.
This exercise targets the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings while also requiring greater control and coordination compared to a traditional two-leg press. It can also help improve knee stability and carry over to everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and sporting movements.
