💪 Tammy working hard on the single-leg leg press! 💪

The single-leg leg press is an excellent exercise for building lower body strength while helping to identify and correct any strength imbalances between the left and right sides. By training one leg at a time, each leg is forced to do its fair share of the work, leading to improved muscle development, balance, and stability.

This exercise targets the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings while also requiring greater control and coordination compared to a traditional two-leg press. It can also help improve knee stability and carry over to everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and sporting movements.

Welcome back, Caroline! 💪

After enjoying some well-earned time away on holidays, it’s great to have Caroline back in the studio and straight back into her training routine.

Today she was smashing out Barbell Lying Tricep Extensions, a fantastic exercise for building strength and definition through the back of the arms. Consistency is key, and even after some time away, Caroline has jumped straight back in with a great attitude and plenty of determination.

Holidays are important, but getting back into healthy habits afterwards is where the magic happens. Great work today, Caroline – we’re looking forward to seeing what you achieve over the coming months! 👏🔥

The seated leg curl is one of the best exercises for targeting the hamstrings and building strength through the back of the legs.

Strong hamstrings don’t just improve your performance in the gym—they also play a key role in supporting the knees, improving posture, enhancing athletic performance, and reducing the risk of injury.

One of the biggest advantages of the seated leg curl is that it trains the hamstrings in a lengthened position, which can be highly effective for strength and muscle development.

Slow, controlled reps with a full range of motion are the key. Don’t just move the weight—focus on feeling the hamstrings working throughout every repetition.

Today, Tony put in the work with a set of mountain climbers – a fantastic exercise that challenges both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Mountain climbers are great for:
