About Our Live Online Classes:
Not only….
are they social, fun and a really good workout..
but you can book your first class absolutely FREE! 🆓
Our classes range from low impact to the more intense.
They include:
Strength training, HIIT, flexibility, yoga style and Pilates. 💪🔥
They’re delivered by Amy, live and in-person!
Online 1:1 Personal Training is also available.
All classes are delivered in the comfort of your home using Zoom Video, which can be accessed via the Zoom website or app.
We recommend you download the Zoom app prior to your first class. 💪
Zoom is free to use and you’re welcome to invite other members of your household to join the class.
Please don’t share your Zoom link with anyone else though.
