Starting Monday 6th of June
Yoga will be available at the studio with Jess from Essence Of My Heart

🧘‍♀️ Monday 5am
🧘‍♀️ Tuesday 10:30am
🧘‍♀️ Thursday 7pm

Jess will be taking heated yoga through the colder months in the upstairs area of the studio, using her skills to help improve your balance, flexibility, stability, stress and way of life. ☮️

We would love you to come in and introduce yourself to the practice 🧘‍♀️

Jess is also taking one on ones between
11:30am and 2pm Tuesday’s for yoga or Pilates

Sessions will have a 10 person cap and a
3 person minimum.
$15 per session.
Upstairs of the hybrid studio.

🔻 🧘‍♀️ Exciting news 🧘‍♀️🔻

We’re happy to announce we’ll be introducing yoga and Pilates with Jess from Essence Of My Heart to the studio !

Starting from Monday the 6th of June
Jess will be hosting heated yoga sessions 3 times a week and also will be available for yoga/ Pilates 1-1 on sessions.

Session times
Monday 5am
Tuesday 10:30am
Thursday 7pm
1-1 on sessions available Tuesday between 11:30-2pm

We’re excited to bring this form of training to the studio to help all those looking to improve the stability, balance, flexibility, core strength, pain relief and definitely improve way of life

I am a yoga, Pilates & barre student, and teacher for 10 years now.
I love to share positivity, balance, health, and wellness through the love of breath & movement. I believe this will help you be the best version of yourself, and balancing to any other physical practice you might have. Conditioning and cardio coach 🔥

We’ll be introducing Sam to our team as a conditioning and female weight loss coach.

With a back ground of:
Circuit training, class instructing,
Boxing, box fit, bootcamp, conditioning sessions and the ability to cater for all levels

Sam will be taking members in for those looking to elevate their heart rates, improve your fitness levels, work on some mit work and get those calories up in your session🚀

Available times for now will be from 9am - 2pm Monday and Tuesday
For 30 - 60min sessions ⏱

We are strength and conditioning pt studio with range of members who along side our methods of incorporating the importance of strength training and exercise into people’s lifestyles  -
We want to also improve and educate the importance of mobility, stability, breathing and deep core strength.

To both aid in members lifestyles and also progression in training.

    ⁃     A dedicated air conditioned room available for class and coaching.
