As requested by Traffic Management, supported by QPS.
RACE 4 – 10K Ascent
All vehicles travelling to Killarney independently, are required to LEAVE their vehicle in the car park behind Killarney's ‘Top Shop’.
All spectators/crews etc please proceed to catch the FREE shuttle buses to the top of the mountain, straight to the finish line.
BEFORE the race starts.
BUS SHUFFLING WILL COMMENCE AT 06:00 TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS AT THE TOP BEFORE THE RACE STARTS.
Should you choose to not adhere to this advise from Traffic Management, you will be STOPPED at Browns Falls (bottom of mountain) and not allowed to continue up the mountain until the last runner passes. You will miss the finish of the race.
ONLY POLICE, ATHLETES and COACHES will be allowed on the road once the race starts.
Spectators you will have plenty of time to support Lou and her team at the Queen Mary Falls Café, spectators special $10 for a roll and a drink and enjoy the runners come across the line.
Please tag EVERYONE you know whos is attending Pentath. We want our event to continue long into the future, it is VITAL we follow the advise from Traffic Management.
