Active Pilates members can bring a friend to a Reformer Pilates class for just $15 (normally $30).

✔ Valid for one class per friend

MEMBER UPDATE // REFORMER PILATES

From June, our evening Reformer Pilates class times will be changing slightly:

🖤 5:00pm → 5:15pm
🖤 6:00pm → 6:15pm

This change has come directly from member feedback, followed by an online poll where the majority agreed the later start times would work better.

Thanks for continuing to provide feedback and help shape the Ironside Fam community.

As the mornings get cooler, your body needs a little more time to switch on before training.

Skipping your warm-up might save you 5 minutes… but it can also increase stiffness, reduce performance, and raise your risk of injury.

A proper warm-up helps:
