We will be unstaffed Monday 8th of June for King’s Birthday long weekend.

There will be no classes and the high altitude room will be closed on Monday.

If you’d like to train casually on Monday, please organise this at the latest Saturday 12pm.

We will be back to normal staffed hours and group classes on Tuesday 9th of June.

We are devastated to share the news that Memphis passed away peacefully at home this morning 🕊️

Only 2 weeks ago whilst on holidays Rooster & Katie found out she had an aggressive cancer, Haemangiosarcoma, and the prognosis was 1-3 months. Sadly that was not the case and she collapsed early this morning.

She was one of the OG’s and was not shy in demanding pats from everyone she could. She will be sadly missed but we take comfort knowing she is now reunited with her sister Indigo 🌈
