Through Out of the Shadows, we walk together to remember those lost to su***de and support Australians experiencing crisis.

Lifeline acknowledges that behind every statistic is a person, a life valued and deeply missed. We recognise the individuals, families, carers, friends, partners, colleagues and communities impacted by su***de, and reaffirm our commitment to offering hope and support to those who need it.

Join us today and walk 9km for the 9 Australians who die by su***de every day.

Through connection, compassion and hope, we can reduce stigma, encourage help-seeking and work to prevent further deaths by su***de.
