Welcome to The Shot Shack — a dedicated basketball training space built for players who want to shoot, train, improve, and enjoy the game.

Formerly known as Storm HQ, the facility now operates as The Shot Shack — your go-to space for training and access. Warrnambool Storm will continue as the 3x3 club, with team and program updates shared through its own channels.

Bookings are now available through the link in our profile, and we’d love you to jump on, check it out, and start getting some shots up.

Over the next week we’ll be sharing more about what’s coming, including coaching sessions, Dr. Dish shooting machine access, training options, memberships and more.

Storm HQ & the Warrnambool Storm Club has an important update for you all… 📣

An official email was sent out yesterday to our members and community database (pls check you spam folders if you haven’t received it) however if it has been missed or bounced we wanted to provide a backup so everyone is across the announcement.

Please see our official statement below - other than that it is very much ‘business as usual’ with plenty of awesome 3x3 on the horizon and a supported and sustainable venue moving forward.

Storm HQ School Holidays Week One. This week we have one on one and small group coaching sessions available with Mars Herbert. Sessions are available from 11.00am Tuesday through to Friday. We also have Dr Dish hire available from 11.00am to 5.00pm, just add it onto your court booking. All services can be booked using the link below.

📣 3X3 AUSTRALIA SUMMER SHOWDOWN WARRNAMBOOL EVENT UPDATE //

We have an important update to share. Due to circumstances outside our control, the Warrnambool 3x3 event scheduled for 12-14 December at Lake Pertobe will be postponed to 2026.

While we’re disappointed to hit pause on this fantastic event, the good news is we’re already working on securing new dates with the , locals clubs & that will allow us to deliver the event to its absolute best. 🙌

In addition, & are working to bring you a school holiday program and community 3x3 event in the summer holidays Jan 16 at Storm HQ - Stay tuned for details.

A HUGE thank you to everyone for their enthusiasm and support so far, we can’t wait to bring this exciting outdoor 3x3 experience to Warrnambool soon!

3X3 Ready Term 4 is here! 🤩

Tipping off Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd October 2025, with your favourite Storm Coaches & Special Guests.

Our 3x3Ready program runs for 8 consecutive weeks and will cater to multiple ages and skill levels from beginners through to the advanced covering all 3x3 basketball fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment.

You can choose from the following sessions:

Tuesdays - 4.15pm-5pm - 7 to 14yrs

Or

Wednesdays - 4.15pm - 5pm- 7 to 14yrs

During each session players will feel comfortable being in their own group of similar age and or skill level so they get the most out of each and every session. All sessions will end with our 3x3 game format so players can put into action the skills they have learnt along the way.

In addition, we are offering an EXTRA BONUS for Term 4, all 3x3ready Term 4 registered participants will receive a 20% discount off their Team registration should they choose to participate in our 3x3 Summer Showdown at Lake Pertobe Dec 12-14.

We encourage all players during the term to have a think about who they would like in their squad and to enter a team for a weekend of fun! ^

Coaches will also prepare all players for competition during the term.

Cost: $160 per player (covers the 8 weeks)

^3x3 Summer Showdown: One discount per team registration regardless of how many Term 4 participants are in the team. 20% off the RRP team registration will be applied. Offer only valid to 3x3Ready Term 4 participants. It is also not compulsory to enter a team. A min of 1 3x3Ready Term 4 participant needs to be in the team line up to receive the discount.
