Over the weekend we hosted our Spartan Spring kids and teens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition. With 32 competitiors over 10 round robin devisions it was a 100% fun day.

Congratulations to everyone who jumped in and had a go. 👏👊

Well done champions 🏆 challenge accepted and achieved 👏 All 3 gradings were excellent and everyone who levelled up well done you smashed it!

A big shout out to all our Spartan competitors, regardless of the result of your match, be proud 👏 I am! It takes courage and strength to do what you did, never forget that.

A week late...

Congratulations to the Spartan team who came down to Bones to compete/coach/support, all competitors did excellently, improvements and adjustments are always being made and everyone stepped up to the challenge.

Thanks to BonesMMA and all the crew for putting on another excellent interclub day, always a pleasure to get up and train with the Bones crew.

What a fantastic day competing up in Ballarat, 15 Spartans stepped onto ring over the weekend, everyone fought their asses off, showed incredible heart and couldn't have represented Spartan Muay Thai any better.

Thanks to the team they hosted an excellent day all the matches were competitive and everyone looked after each other which is what interclubs are all about.

Spartans, well done again. Win loose or draw be proud of what you've achieved, but this is only the beginning.. time to get back on the mat and dial on what we all learnt from the weekend.
