This workshop is designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day. This course differs from other self-defense classes in that they start from the point of attack, and since I believe attacks begin before it becomes physical, we teach how to avoid the attack altogether.

Our January School Holiday Camp is fast approaching. This is why we are sending the registration email early to give you time in booking your kids as well as inviting non-members to experience our unique School holiday program.

Not only will we be teaching awesome self-defence and physical activity but will have some 'extras' that we know the kids are going to love.
