It was great to get to train with MMA legend Tsuyoshi “TK” Kosaka at his dojo in Tokyo.
TK competed in UFC ,Pride FC , Rings , PANCRASE , Rizin and Deep.
TK has a vast amount of knowledge in the sport of MMA and is known for his grappling skills.
I recommend any of my students who are thinking about visiting Tokyo to train at his dojo “ FIGHT TEAM ALLIANCE”

🥊I will be leaving for Japan on the 10th of March and will be returning 2nd of April.
I have appointed several instructors to help take the classes while I am gone.

🥊THURSDAYS UP UNTIL THE 2ND OF APRIL WILL HAVE NO CLASSES FOR ADULTS OR KIDS.🥊

🥊Thomas Dignam and Chris Tuxford will take most of the classes for the 3 weeks.
Phillip Carusca (pictured left) will be taking the Catch wrestling classes on 19th March and the 21st of March
