I found Pilates during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and I havenโ€™t looked back since.

When you walk into my classes youโ€™ll find functional, controlled movement, think classical Pilates with a burn. Expect layers upon layers of challenge, building strength, control, and confidence with every session.

What I love most about teaching is being part of such a supportive community and witnessing the positive changes that consistent movement can create. Seeing clients grow in confidence, strength, and ability is incredibly rewarding.

Pregnancy led me to Clinical Pilates after experiencing pelvic separation with my first baby. Postpartum, I struggled to reconnect with movement through the gym, but finding Reformer Pilates changed that. Movement felt enjoyable again and helped me rediscover a love for exercise.

My classes move at a slower, more classical pace with a little sprinkle of spice. Plank holds and scooters are my favourite way to turn up the challenge! Expect controlled, intentional movement, plenty of mindful connection, and a relaxing meditation to finish.

After seeing the difference movement made in my own life, I knew I wanted to share that with others. Supporting and guiding people on their own movement journey brings me so much joy and is a big part of why I love teaching. Itโ€™s also an opportunity to lead by example for my girls, showing them the value of healthy movement, self-love, and appreciating everything their bodies are capable of.

I found Pilates during uni and quickly fell in love with it, even dragging Liam along to classes as a date night! With encouragement from some wonderful mentors, I decided to give teaching a go, and Iโ€™ve never looked back.

My classes are always delivered with intention and support, with a side of spice. I love challenging clients with a good layering series or lower body flow that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.

What I love most about Pilates is that every body can do it. It offers so much more than just physical movement, building strength, confidence and connection. Thereโ€™s a reason some of the worldโ€™s most incredible athletes include Pilates in their training.

I found Pilates while recovering from injuries after dancing on cruise ships, and later returned to it again throughout my pre- and post-partum journey.

My classes are supportive, progressive, and combine contemporary Pilates with strength-based movement. I love adding light spring challenges and plank variations to help clients build strength and confidence.

I do what I do as an instructor because I love that itโ€™s helping people feel strong and capable in their bodies. Seeing clients grow in confidence and realise what theyโ€™re capable of is incredibly rewarding, and I love knowing that movement can help them live their fullest life.

Pilates came into my life after finishing full-time dance. I initially started for the fitness and injury prevention benefits, and Iโ€™ve never looked back.

I love combining creative and classical Pilates, with plenty of variety and a cheeky glute or core challenge along the way.

What I love most about instructing is helping clients improve both their physical and mental wellbeing through movement. I aim to create a supportive environment where people can take time for themselves, build confidence, and celebrate the small achievements that lead to lasting progress. Pilates came into my life at a time when I needed it most. After experiencing a disc bulge, I discovered Mat Pilates and never looked back. What started as part of my own recovery quickly became a passion, leading me to complete training in Mat Pilates before expanding into Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Arc Barrel.

My teaching style is a blend of all apparatus, combining strength, mobility and functional movement. I love challenging clients while always being mindful of individual injuries, limitations and pathologies. And if the opportunity arises, I enjoy throwing in the occasional advanced classical exercise for an extra challenge!

I love that I can help people work towards their own goals through movement. Pilates isnโ€™t just for one demographic, itโ€™s for everybody. Seeing clients build strength, confidence and mobility is what inspires me to teach every day.
