I found Pilates during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and I havenโt looked back since.
When you walk into my classes youโll find functional, controlled movement, think classical Pilates with a burn. Expect layers upon layers of challenge, building strength, control, and confidence with every session.
What I love most about teaching is being part of such a supportive community and witnessing the positive changes that consistent movement can create. Seeing clients grow in confidence, strength, and ability is incredibly rewarding.
