A supportive and progressive program focusing on core connection, pelvic floor awareness and full-body strength, without the pressure of “bouncing back.”

WINTER MOVEMENT HABITS ❄️

Winter can make movement feel a little harder. The colder mornings, darker evenings and busy schedules can make it tempting to hit snooze and stay cosy at home.

Consistency through winter doesn’t have to mean doing more or be hard though. Sometimes it’s the smallest habits that make the biggest difference.

Our teens school holidays program with Charlotte is back! ✨

Give your teen the opportunity to move, unwind and recharge in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Through mindful movement, breath and gentle strengthening, teens are encouraged to slow down, release stress and step away from the pressures of school, social media and busy schedules. It’s a chance to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with themselves.

Using massage balls, soft props and gentle release techniques, we’ll begin by exploring fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the body. Stress, posture, injury and everyday life can create tension and restriction within these tissues, often leaving us feeling stiff, sore, heavy and fatigued.

As the body begins to soften and release, you’ll then be guided into a calming sound bath experience, allowing space for deep rest and nervous system relaxation.

Together, these practices create an opportunity to:
• Release tension
• Improve body awareness
• Calm the mind
• Feel lighter, grounded and restored

Next up is Teil, guiding you through every movement with intention 🤍.

I found Pilates during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and I haven’t looked back since.

When you walk into my classes you’ll find functional, controlled movement, think classical Pilates with a burn. Expect layers upon layers of challenge, building strength, control, and confidence with every session.

What I love most about teaching is being part of such a supportive community and witnessing the positive changes that consistent movement can create. Seeing clients grow in confidence, strength, and ability is incredibly rewarding.

Next up is Bri, bringing inner calm to your classes and leaving you with a smile every time 🤍.

Pregnancy led me to Clinical Pilates after experiencing pelvic separation with my first baby. Postpartum, I struggled to reconnect with movement through the gym, but finding Reformer Pilates changed that. Movement felt enjoyable again and helped me rediscover a love for exercise.

My classes move at a slower, more classical pace with a little sprinkle of spice. Plank holds and scooters are my favourite way to turn up the challenge! Expect controlled, intentional movement, plenty of mindful connection, and a relaxing meditation to finish.

After seeing the difference movement made in my own life, I knew I wanted to share that with others. Supporting and guiding people on their own movement journey brings me so much joy and is a big part of why I love teaching. It’s also an opportunity to lead by example for my girls, showing them the value of healthy movement, self-love, and appreciating everything their bodies are capable of.
