✨ Meet Deb ! Joining Us This December! ✨
We’re excited to welcome Deb, who brings over 20 years of practice and 13 years of teaching experience. Her philosophy —
“Don’t strive for perfection, appreciate the progress.” — beautifully shapes her grounded and heartfelt approach to yoga.
Deb’s extensive training includes Symphisis Yoga, Yogafit International, and 150 hours of Yoga for PTSD. She has also completed her Reformer Pilates Yin certification, with Reformer Yin classes starting January 2026.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Deb begins December 1
Mondays — 7:00am
Wednesdays — 5:30pm & 6:30pm
