Hann 🌸🩷

This weekend the crew at CrossFit Warragul will be taking on Hann.

This memorial workout is dedicated to Hannah Clarke Baxter and her children who lost their lives to domestic violence.

If you would like to come down & take part we are kicking off at 8.30am, Saturday 23 May. All movements can be scaled accordingly, either DM or just show up 🤗

Later that day at the Torian Pro, Australia’s top CrossFit athletes will complete a variation of this workout as part of ‘Paint the Pro Pink’
It’s an example of the CrossFit community coming together to support an important cause, raising funds and awareness for domestic violence 💕

We are excited to kick off term 2 of CrossFit kids! 🎉

This term we will be running sessions on:

Thursdays and Fridays at 4:00-4:45!

Dates: 23rd April - 26th June

Cost: $100 for the term

At CrossFit kids our goal is to improve your child’s strength, coordination and general fitness all while having fun!
