Have you tried Yin Yoga before?
Yin is the quiet side of yoga — a slower, more mindful practice where we settle into mostly floor-based postures and stay for several minutes.
Rather than pushing or striving, Yin invites you to soften, breathe and let the body gradually release.
✨ Yin can help you:
• Release physical tension and stiffness
• Slow the breath and quiet the mind
• Encourage a calmer, more grounded state
• Become more aware of where you hold tension
• Create space for deep rest and stillness
And when we practise Yin in the Saltroom, the environment becomes part of the experience.
The warm, dimly lit, peaceful space encourages you to slow down and switch off. The combination of gentle movement, stillness, breath and meditation creates a beautiful opportunity to step away from the busyness of the week and simply be.
Breathing in the saltroom can feel refreshing and soothing.
Come for the stretch. Stay for the exhale. 🤍
A beautiful practice for anyone who feels like they need to slow down, soften and reconnect with themselves.

Your body holds onto more than you realise.
Stress, long hours sitting, workouts, daily responsibilities and even our emotions can all create tension that settles into the muscles and connective tissue. Over time, that tightness can leave us feeling stiff, restless and disconnected from ourselves.
Our Stretch & Rest class has been created as an invitation to let all of that go.
For the first part of our 70-minute class, we'll gently stretch the entire body, creating space, improving mobility and encouraging the nervous system to soften. As we release physical tension, we also begin to quiet the busy mind, making it easier to be present.
Then, you'll settle onto our comfortable futons, wrapped in warmth, for a deeply relaxing guided meditation. With the body open and supported, you'll be able to sink more fully into stillness, allowing your mind and nervous system to truly rest.
