The Small Choices That Lead to Big Results. ☕️ 🧃 🏆

One of the biggest things I’ve learned from my years in fitness and nutrition is that small, everyday choices can make a massive difference in your progress.

I want to share a simple but powerful example of how understanding what you’re consuming can help you hit your goals without feeling deprived.

Cappuccino vs. Smoothie:

Let’s compare two popular drink options you might grab on the go:
• Grande Cappuccino (16oz, 2% milk)
• Calories: ~120
• Protein: 8g
• Sugar: 10g
• Caffeine: ~150mg

Grande Fruit Smoothie (Strawberry Banana, 16oz)
• Calories: ~290
• Protein: 16g
• Sugar: 41g
• Caffeine: 0mg

What This Means:
• The Smoothie: It’s a more filling option with double the protein, but it also has over 3x the sugar and calories of the cappuccino. Great for a post-workout recovery if you’re mindful of the sugar content!

• The Cappuccino: A lighter, low-calorie drink with a caffeine boost to power your day.
