🏉 Illawarra South Coast Referee Academy – Session IV 🏉
This month, our Academy members enjoyed a change of scenery, heading to C1 Speed for a session focused on reflection, goal setting and building effective systems for success both on and off the field. 👊🏼
The group spent time reviewing their season so far, discussing their wins, challenges and the habits that are helping drive their development as referees.
A big thank you to special guest Sean Villa, who spoke about the importance of mental wellbeing within the refereeing environment and provided practical strategies for managing adversity, pressure and setbacks throughout the season.
Kat Fox also delivered an excellent presentation covering:

To wrap up the night, the group put their competitive instincts to the test with a laser tag battle at 🔫🔥
Another valuable session helping our referees continue their development both on and off the field.
