Just Acrobatics is based on the Sunshine Coast and offers a range of acrobatic based skills for its students. Our teachers have experience in floor tumbling, circus arts, sports acrobatics and a variety of other proficiencies. Our goal is achieve a high skill level for students within a safe working environment.

Meet the Cast of A Journey Through Time ✨

This weekend, our talented aerial students take to the stage in an unforgettable adventure through the ages!
From the Ice Age to Ancient Civilisations, the Roaring Twenties, Disco Fever, the 2000s and beyond, our performers will transport you through history with breathtaking aerial artistry, strength, creativity and imagination.

Over the past term, these incredible students have been training, rehearsing and preparing to bring this magical production to life. Now it’s finally time to share their hard work with a live audience!

The bridge is a fantastic flexibility skill that helps stretch the back and shoulders while building strength and control 💪

Once a solid bridge is established, there are so many fun ways to progress it:
🤸‍♀️ Balance variations with one foot or one arm
🚶 Bridge walks for strength and coordination

The bridge is also an essential foundation skill for more advanced acro skills like front and back walkovers — strong basics lead to big skills!
