It’s that time of year where we raise money for Men’s Health.

Like women, blokes has there own health issues, and Movember helps raise money and awareness around this.

The Men of Ambulatory Care Centre/Outpatients at Sunshine Coast University Hospital are banding together to grow some funky facial hair and raise some money… so if you would like to contribute, please click below.

Congratulations Lachlan on a well deserved 2 stripes on your belt, but this credit does not go to us for our coaching, but to your Mum and JJ who have had you on the mats at various gyms and in the garage since we you were a wee lad… and now we are fortunate enough to have you and your family on our mats.

But, we did not think it was fit for us to put the stripes on your belt, but the people who have coached you up to now. Nikki and JJ, you’ve done a great job in getting Lachlan to where his in now. You should be proud of him, and congratulations to you both in awarding your first stripes.
