More “Spine In”.
Working the back body and knowing what we are working.
It’s been a build up of a couple of weeks and continuing more in the weeks to come. By the time we have finished we will be well aware of the difference between the spine and the back and we will also be aware that we can’t work our “backs” as we only have one back 😉😉
