Cardio Vs Strength
A sub-25 minute 5 km is impressive.
Bench pressing a couple of plates a side is also impressive.
Being able to do both is seriously impressive.
And if you're over the age of 40 and can do both you have my utmost respect!

The cardio vs strength debate has been going on forever.
The answer is both. Always has been.
Cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength working together is what longevity actually looks like.
One without the other is a half-built engine. Especially atter 40.

Our Mental Skills Program teaches confidence, focus, resilience, emotional regulation, and self-belief. We help young people build a strong internal foundation so they are less influenced by comparison, criticism, pressure, and outside opinion.
