Toady I was lucky enough to attend the service to say goodbye to a fantastic supporter of our club and his grandchildren.
Bryan “Poppa” Saunders was farewelled today at the Camberwell Salvation Army with many friends and family present to say farewell.
A great man who truly believed in our cricket club and the community strength we generate from each other. A fantastic man to spend time with while watching the game, as nothing got past his keen eye.
To all the Webb and Saunders families, as well as his friends, we send our deepest sympathies at the passing of a great man, whose positivity was infectious while in his presence.
We will never forget a great clubman.

Hi all,
Just a reminder that we have our vote count tonight for all teams at the club. Should be a fantastic night with the vote master and the MC making it a light hearted evening full of twist and turns throughout the voting.
The bat will be open and there will be finger food provided, possibly a birthday cake also, as it seems all my families birthdays have coincided with club functions this season.
Looking forward to seeing you all as we celebrate our winners.

Afternoon all, just wanted to congratulate the 1’s on an outstanding never say die victory on the weekend. Outstanding job by all. As a result on Trav Clark taking a 4 face will be celebrating centurion on Thursday night between 6-9.30pm on Thursday night. I know it’s a Thursday, but it’s the only real chance we have over the next few weekends with social and club functions over the next few weekends.
So get along, book a meal and celebrate Clarkey and the boys, as they push forward over the last two rounds to with renewed confidence and resilience to take them higher than they thought possible.
