EXCITING COACHING OPPORTUNITY 💙
St Andrews Cricket Club are excited to offer the role of Senior Women’s Coach and Director of Female Coaching for the upcoming 2026/2027 season.
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Level 2 coach to coordinate the senior women’s program alongside 2 already appointed assistant coaches.
We will tailor the role to suit your skillset, but the key requirements and criteria for the role are:
- Plan and deliver a skills-based, fun and active pre-season, utilising both the new indoor cricket facility at Jubilee Park, Ringwood as well as our new outdoor training facility at JW Manson Reserve and regular season training program alongside the assistant coaches.
- Lead the preparation for the 1st XI team on match day in a positive manner on Sunday afternoons
(October to March)
- Supporting player development across skills, fitness, mindset and game awareness
- Most importantly, be a role model for the players, and provide positive encouragement by creating a team atmosphere and a fun environment
We would hope candidates have previous experience - Level 1 coaching accreditation (and are prepared to obtain Level 2 which the club will actively support)
Working with Children Check is mandatory,
adhering to Cricket Australia's Child Safeguarding policies.
You will have the support of an experienced assistant coach and our Head of On-Field Performance, leaving your focus solely on building a competitive and fun culture within the playing squad.
Reflective of qualifications and experience, remuneration is negotiable and is backed by our successful application for Play Our Way grant to develop our female cricket participation and inclusion.
