It's well and truly slow cooker season! Bust it out to make this pulled chicken goodness. Mexicans will be asking you how you did it.

2x chicken breasts
Paprika
Cumin
Chilli powder
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1x tin tomatos
1x tin corn
1x tin red kidney beans

Chuck everything in, turn it on and come back to a Mexican pulled chicken fiesta. Eat it in a burrito, taco, with rice...so many choices!

Make sure your health and fitness plan is sustainable for the long term. Cutting out all the things you enjoy because they're 'bad' is just going to make you want them more and is more likely to lead to an all out binge.
Eat well the majority of the time, move your body regularly and eat the damn donut!
