Awhile back, maybe a year or two.
I went through a phase.
I wanted to lose weight, i was a size 12/14, was unhappy, sluggish, tired, and only 50% confident in myself.
I then lost over 14kg and again went through another phase. Cardio training almost everyday- i became obsessed with my results. Didnt eat much, skipped meals, calorie counted beyond rediculous. And i again was unhappy, tired, run down. It didnt take long before i got sick all the time, my body denied me and was shutting down. People would say 'your alot skinnier' i was happy for that but it wasnt healthy.
The end of last year and this year has changed alot. I eat like no one else, i focused on what i know as a personal trainer. How to eat, and eat right! How to train properly. I cardio maybe once or twice now, and i do weights almost every second day. I rest and stretch and take time out. working on my body the right way to become the best version of myself. Im alot stronger, and i have put on alot more muscle! I feel good, and im 100% confident and happy in my body. but im still a working in progress, always trying to better my ability and performance π
So what i can say is;
Go through the motions of a healthy and fit lifestyle but come out of it stronger, smarter, and better for it! Do it the right way first and you wont waste time.
Be determined. Positive. Happy. Inspired & of course be yourself!! πππͺπ go for it and dont let anyone hold you back or put you down!
